Call for 3 Romanian participants: Training Course in Munster, Germany (18-27 July 2016)

GEYC is selecting 3 Romanian participants, to take part in "Digital Participation Camp: take the lead!" European project that will take place in Munster, Germany between 18.07-17.07.2016. The main aim of this training course is to create an active international network of digital innovators, social entrepreneurs, designers, developers and content creators to unite skills and work together on digital projects for social good. GEYC's added value to ''Balkan without hate'' Project



At GEYC we believe that the quality of a project should also be visible in the partners' contributions. Each one can add value by efficiently communicating with the organizers and other partners, choosing the most relevant participants, increasing visibility, disseminating and multiplying the results through local activities and generating follow-up events. This year, we were partners along with other 6 NGOs from 6 countries in Balkans without hate Project. And we've put into practice what we preach.

We launched the European Fellowship on Project Management - EFPM

We are getting started now with the European Fellowship on Project Management - EFPM. The programme will last between August and December 2018 and will be organized in the frame of the KA2 Erasmus+ project ”EuroIMPACT Plus”.

Opportunity International (UK) in partnership with GEYC (Romania) will organize from 3rd to 11th of November, "New Media Ambassadors" training course which will be held in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, a project which is co-financed by the European Commission through "Youth in action" program. The aim of this initiative is building capacity of European youth workers in the field of new media communication.

Let's Get Visible

From October 26th to November 4th 2015, GEYC takes part to "Let's Get Visible" in Vadul lui Vodă, Moldova. 
This is a training course organized in the frame of Erasmus+ programme being dedicated to youth workers that would like to improve their digital skills and knowledge in social media tools.
For NGOs, communication and transparency are key tools for building trust and attracting external support for their cause.

PRISMA: Spreading the results in all the participating countries

In July 2015 we are closing PRISMA European project, a flagship initiative to train and raise awareness about the importance of digital tools and social media into youth work, PRISMA is a Erasmus Plus project co-funded by the European Commission and organized by GEYC.

PRISMA project: visibility, results, impact and lessons learned

PRISMA (Projects: Resources, Insights and Management - a Social Media Approach) was a complex KA1 mobility project aiming to empower youth workers, youth leaders and project managers from 22 youth organisations from 12 countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Turkey - European Union and Moldova, Ukraine and Armenia- Eastern Europe & Caucasus) to raise their project management efficiency through social media tools and networking.

“eSkills for Volunteers” - Strategic Partnership in the field of Youth (KA2)


eSkills for Volunteers” is a Strategic Partnership in the field of Youth, supported by Erasmus plus Programme. The project consortium is led by Asociación Projuven and the other partners organisations are: Associazione di Promozione Sociale Futuro Digitale – Italy, Associação Intercultural Amigos da Mobilidade – Portugal and Asociatia GEYC – Romania.
