█   VicePresident on Resources
Daria (she/her) is a youth worker and activist difficult to describe in words. She doesn't consider herself an adjective but rather a verb, an action, a sponge absorbing information. By the age of 15, her adventure of activism was born in volunteering at the local level, later in 'Pupils Association Constanța' (AEC) and becoming president of 'School Council of Pupils' in her high school. She became civically involved at micro level, wanting to change the illegalities in her high school and to develop and educate her community about human rights. From July 2022, she enrolled in 'Constanța for YOUth!', a project made by GEYC and 'Youth Federation Constanța', coordinating a team of volunteers from her city to undertake lobbying and advocacy actions in order to create youth spaces. Since August 2023, she took a DiscoverEU inclusion experience and she got involved in the EFYL programme, the most complex training for young leaders in Romania in an intercultural context. All in all, Daria campaigns for a better, more sustainable and digital future, where young people are an active part of the community.
