Foreign languages – an advantage when applying for a job


In the 21st century knowing English has become something usual. Wherever you decide to go, you can be sure that if you have medium knowledge of English language, you will handle it out somehow. 



But what if you go further? What if you discover that your inner passion can take you deeper and you start developing your sensitivity for learning foreign languages?

PRISMA Project description - Erasmus+, KA1

PRISMA (Projects: Resources, Insights and Management - a Social Media Approach) is a complex KA1 mobility project aiming to empower youth workers, youth leaders and project managers from 22 youth organisations from 12 countries  (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Turkey - EU/Programme countries and Moldova, Ukraine and Armenia- Eastern Europe & Caucasus) to raise their project management efficiency through social media tools and networking.

Call for partners: EQYP, Erasmus+ (KA1) project in Romania

GEYC is looking for partners from European/Programme countries for "EQYP - European Quality in Youth Projects" project which will take place in Romania. The application will be submitted under Erasmus+ program, KA1 to the Romanian National Agency for the 1st of October deadline.

GEYC - a member of the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs of the European Commission

We are proudly announcing that GEYC was selected as a member of the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs. Initiated by the European Commission, the Grand Coalition is a multi-stakeholder partnership to tackle the lack of digital skills in Europe and the several hundred of thousands of unfilled ICT-related vacancies.

About the project
The project aims to empower the participants to implement employability projects at local level by using social media tools.

Objectives:
O1. Enabling participants to use social media tools for the communication, promotion and management of their projects aiming to raise employment of young people;
O2. Stimulating participants to share their personal and professional practices in using social media in youth work through teamwork and networking;
O3. Raising the employability of the participants through improving social media skills and through personal branding;
O4. Promoting the European cooperation in the youth field by the use of social media.

Organizers
The project is organized by GEYC - Group of the European Youth for Change (Romania) as applicant together with GEYC Resources Center and 13 European partner organisations from France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Iceland and Turkey.
The project is financed by the European Commission through "Youth in action" programme.
