Call for partners: PRISMA, Erasmus+ (KA1) project in Romania

GEYC is looking for partners from European and neighboring countries for PRISMA (Projects: Resources, Insights and Management - a Social Media Approach) project which will take place in Romania. The application will be submitted under Erasmus+ program, KA1 to the Romanian National Agency for the 17th of March deadline.

Apel parteneri locali: Campania UNITED împotriva rasismului

GEYC invită organizațiile din România să se alăture Campaniei internaționale UNITED împotriva rasismului ce va avea loc în perioada 15-23 martie 2014. Evenimentele selectate vor fi promovate la nivel național și internațional și pot beneficia de până la 2 kg de materiale ale campaniei (fliere, postere etc.) în mod gratuit.

Call for Romanian participants: Youth exchange in Gaziantep, Turkey on the topic of photography

GEYC is selecting 4 Romanian participants and a group leader to take part in "Artistic of learning methods and transnational socio-cultural changes" European project which will be held in Gaziantep, Turkey, from 23rd to 30th of March 2014.

• GEYC's Resources center - a free online platform offering multimedia and social media resources for individuals and nonprofits;
• GEYC's Facebook page - an informative portal for young people providing valuable content in the following fields: news, education, entrepreneurship, responsibility, human rights, Romanian culture and civilization, Culture and intercultural dialogue and entertainment.
• GEYC Community - a community of young people from Romania collaborating, sharing information and working together;

Opportunity International (UK) in partnership with GEYC (Romania) will organize from 3^rd to 11^th of November, "New Media Ambassadors" training course which will be held in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, a project which is co-financed by the European Commission through "Youth in action" program. The aim of this initiative is building capacity of European youth workers in the field of new media communication.

Training course on the topic of forced migration at European level

GEYC supports ”Knowing, understanding and acting” - a training course organized by AMSED from 4th to 14th May, in Lviv, Ukraine on the topic of forced migration at European level.
