TC From inner peace to social progress, Merzouga, Morocco

The TC "From inner peace to social progress" took place during the 3rd - 10th of May 2018 in Merzouga, Morocco, and gathered 36 participants from countries as Romania, Spain, Ireland, Iceland, United Kingdom, Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Portugal. GEYC team was represented by Cristiana and Elisabeta, the two participants, that attended the training together with Anca and Gabriel, the trainers of the project.

Youth Exchange: [BG-160] InforMigration, Bansko, Bulgaria

Six enthusiastic GEYCuleți spent about a week in the one of the largest winter resorts of Bulgaria, attending a training course about topics related to migration, refugees, hate speech and human rights. They got the chance to learn the processes, reasons and effects of migration, about climate change and its social, economic, political and environmental consequences and at the end were left with one of the most exciting stories to tell.

TURN ONline Strategic Partnership

At the beginning of November, GEYC started a 20 months KA2 strategic partnership project, TURN ONline, organized in the frame of Erasmus+, together with NGOs from Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Greece and Hungary.

Training Course - Respond to your NEET, Wuppertal, Germany

Trainingul Respond to your NEET desfășurat în Wuppertal, Germania, în perioada 09 – 15 august 2017, a prevăzut desfășurarea unor activități de tipul learning by doing prin care participanții, respectiv lucrătorii de tineret, au experimentat metode și tehnici de a ajuta tinerii NEET în dezvoltarea personală și profesională. În acest training au participat de 32 de tineri din țări precum Italia, Spania, Macedonia, Slovacia, Lituania, Portugalia, Polonia, Germania, Cipru, Bulgaria, Austria și România. 

The Respond to your NEET training course took place in Wuppertal, Germany, on 09- 15 August 2017, and it provided learning by doing activities through which the participants and youth workers found out methods and techniques for helping NEET youth in their personal and professional development. The 32 young people who participated in this TC were from the following countries Italy, Spain, Macedonia, Slovakia, Latvia, Portugal, Poland, Germany, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Austria and Romania.

GEYC caută un voluntar (18-30 ani) pentru un stagiu de voluntariat european (EVS) de 2 luni în orașul Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria în lunile septembrie și octombrie. Profilul candidatului: interesat de lucru cu tinerii. Termen limită: duminică, 30 iulie 2017

Căutăm un voluntar (băiat) pentru un stagiu de 12 luni în Polonia

GEYC caută un voluntar (18-30 ani) pentru un stagiu de voluntariat european (EVS) de 12 luni în orașul Rzeszow, Polonia cu începere din 1 iulie. Profilul candidatului: interesat de drepturile omului și educația non-formală. Primul venit, primul servit (ținând cont de relevanța aplicației)

TC: „Development of Intercultural Sensitivity” - Limassol, Cipru

When we were in Cyprus we had the amazing opportunity to be surrounded by people from other 9 European countries: Albania, Germany, Malta, Serbia, Slovenia, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria and Cyprus. By spending plenty of time together with the participants during the training sessions and during the breaks or hang-outs in the evening in the city of Limassol, we found out lots of things about the european values, specific national values and the most important, we managed to discover each countries cultures.

YE: „Young Euro People” - Cagliari, Italia

This Youth Exchange for more than half of us, was a real journey in Italian culture. Four of us had the chance to visit four italian cities (Bergamo, Cagliari, Rome/Florence and Pisa), so we can say indeed that it was the journey of our lives!

YE: „Be the change” - Nasutow, Polonia

În urma participării în cadrul proiectului “Be the change” desfăşurat între 22 şi 29 aprilie în Nasutow, Polonia am dori să împărtăşim o parte din experienţa şi trăirile pe care le-am avut.

YE: „Technology meet Employability” - Leptokarya, Grecia

Iniţial, trebuie să recunosc că mi-a fost puţin frică să merg într-un loc necunoscut fără să cunosc oamenii, dar m-am obişnuit foate repede. Organizatorii au fost foarte primitori şi ne-au făcut să ne simţim ca acasă. Mâncarea a fost foarte bună, am mâncat tzatziki în fiecare zi. Am cunoscut foarte mulţi oameni din diferite ţări: Grecia, Slovenia, Slovacia, Polonia și, bineînțeles, România. Am jucat foarte multe joculeţe ca să ne cunoaştem mai bine şi să ne împrietenim, am lucrat la proiecte împreună şi am învăţat lucruri noi despre culturile lor.

YE - Youth employability seeds – Our Italian adventure

The journey began for each of us in Bucharest. Early in the morning, after the long trips from our homes to the Otopeni airport, we were excited to meet each other and to share the expectations that we had from the youth exchange. 

TC "Stand up for your mobility" - Marchiennes, Franța

Primăvara aceasta se scurge grăbită, molipsindu-ne de un miros franțuzesc. Cineva vrea să ne testeze rezistența pentru niște senzații tari și ademenitoare. Cel puțin așa a fost, pentru noi (Raluca, Doina și Laur) call-ul de selecție a 3 participanți români pentru un super-franțuzesc Training Course, postat în grupul Comunitatea GEYC. 

YE - "Journey to our village from Europe" în Erzincan,Turcia

Experienţa Erasmus din Turcia a însemnat pentru noi crearea unei noi perspective asupra vieţii, asupra culturii şi asupra oamenilor. Dacă până acum nu cunoşteam tradiţiile unor oamenii atât de asemănatori la înfăţişare, dar în acelaşi timp diferiţi ca personalitate şi stil de viaţă, în această saptamână am descoperit cât de multe beneficii îţi poate aduce o simplă călătorie cu un obiectiv stabilit, anume întrajutorarea persoanelor dezavantajate prin participarea la diverse activităţi din cadrul proiectului. 

"Hello, Kikinda!" - Impresii din Training-ul Culture of Dialogue desfasurat in Kikinda, Serbia

Fără doar și poate, Kikinda este unul dintre cele mai liniștite orășele pe care le-am vizitat. Oameni liniștiți, zâmbitori, care emanau bună dispoziție. Săptamâna petrecută aici a fost minunată! Hotelul Lovac, la care am fost cazați, a găzduit o întreagă săptamână de veselie, de noi prietenii și lucruri de care fiecare se va folosi în viitor, fără îndoială.

TIME TO ENGAGE has come! 

Between 30 November and 5 December 2016 GEYC representatives will meet with other youth workers and leaders from 8 programme countries (Romania, Italy, Germany, Macedonia, Turkey, Spain, Lithuania and Sweden) in order to attend this Erasmus+ Training Course in Stockholm, Sweden.

This week, 19-22 September, Mrs. General Secretary of PRISMA European Network, Cristina Bălăceanu, is participating at contact-making seminar "Real deeds in problematic fields” in Barcelona.

European Fair held in Armenian State Pedagogical University

Thursday, 15 September 2016, GEYC, along other partners of PRISMA European Network and not only, have organised in the frame of EQYP [European Quality in Youth Projects], the European NGOs Fair at Armenian State Pedagogical University.

3R - No time to lose! Reduce, Recycle, Reuse [Youth Exchange in Greece]

GEYC is selecting 5 Romanian participants, to take part in "3R - No time to lose! Reduce, Recycle, Reuse" European project that will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece from 16 to 22 November 2016. The main aim of the youth exchange is to addresses art and environmental issues, through artistic creativity . The call is closed!
