GEYC Community - a good practice example of digital youth work (ESPON Seminar)

Bucharest, 30th of October 2019: The ESPON Seminar on “Shaping the “Next Economy”: The Territorial Dimension of the Future of Work in Southern Europe” will examine the territorial dimension of labour markets in Southern Europe, setting forth the need to adopt a place-sensitive approach while broadening the governance perspective for designing effective policies. Our colleague, Gabriel Brezoiu, will join as an invited expert during the second part of the seminar "Part II: Tackling Youth Unemployment: Is Enough Being Done?" presenting the example of GEYC Community as a digital youth work good practice.

Erasmus+ Call for partners (Programme countries) - European Digital Youth Summit (EDYS)




GEYC is looking for partners from Programme countries (please check the table below first) for European Digital Youth Summit (EDYS) mobility of youth workers in order to apply for Erasmus+ funding (KA1, first round). The activity will be hosted in Bucharest, Romania from 1st to 7th of November 2016. Deadline to apply: January, 17th, 2016

On 16th of July, GEYC will organize an intensive workshop dedicated to HR tools aiming to provide HR beginners or people interested about the field with practical tools they can immediately use in their work. The event is a dissemination of results activity of PRISMA project (co-funded by the European Commission through "Erasmus+" programme).

Bucharest's tourist attractions – in the eyes of foreigners

Over the summer GEYC is hosting 2 volunteers through the Erasmus Placement programme, Ferhad Orucov from Azerbaijan and Halit Tosun from Turkey. They visited parts of Bucharest until now and they want to share their impressions about two of the main tourist attractions in the capital city of Romania.
