EVS in UK: Take a break! Take a Kit-Ka...an EVS!

GEYC together with Opportunity is selecting volunteers to take part in "IEA Involve-Enjoy-Achieve" European Voluntary Service (EVS) that will take place between 01.12.2016 and 30.11.2017. Deadline: 30 September 2016

Please notice that this call is for Romanian participants only. Other applications will not be considered.
Deadline: 30 September 2016

There are some moments in each of our lives when we reach a point and ask ourselves What now? What is the next step?. Yes, believe or not, you are not the only one who thinks like this. You may be a student that just graduated high school or university, or you are working full-time in a multinational company, the fact is that in a globalized world where we are driven by the capitalist and consumerism society, you just want a break.

As a response to these needs, the European Commission came up with the so-called programme, European Voluntary Service (EVS). The European Voluntary Service (EVS) helps young people travel abroad to participate in volunteering projects with almost no cost.

Alexandra is currently one of our EVS volunteers in Newcastle, she often refers to her volunteering as a Life changing experience.

Now, let's talk business. GEYC is selecting not one, not two but four persons that would like to go in an EVS project. The available positions are:
  • Graphic Designer
  • IT Web Coordinator
  • Project Development Officer
  • Youth Leader
You have to make up your mind because you can only apply to ONE of the positions so choose carefully.

You can find more practical information about the project here.

In order to apply, please complete the Application Form from here and send it to office@geyc.ro with the subject IEA - Your name [The position you are applying for].
