💡 About the Project

The Pillars of Wellbeing is an Erasmus+ Training Course designed to support youth workers, trainers, NGO staff, teachers, and youth leaders in developing a deeper, practical understanding of wellbeing.

In today’s demanding social and professional environments, wellbeing is essential rather than optional. This training explores wellbeing not as an abstract concept, but as a lived, daily experience shaped by habits, stress management, relationships, and financial awareness.

The project focuses on four interconnected pillars:

  • Mental wellbeing
  • Physical wellbeing
  • Social wellbeing
  • Financial wellbeing
  • Participants will explore how imbalance in these areas generates stress, how stress manifests in the body and mind, and how small, realistic actions can restore balance and resilience.

✨ Highlight: This project is hosted by CEFIG International and supported by the Erasmus+ Programme.

    🎯 Objectives

    • Explore and articulate personal understanding of wellbeing based on lived experience.
    • Recognise how the four wellbeing pillars influence daily functioning.
    • Identify personal stress signals and patterns (emotional, mental, physical).
