Democracy & Human Rights Collaborator
Georgiana graduated studies in Foreign Languages and Literatures. She is currently working in an IT company as a consultant for clients in the UK. She is passionate about foreign languages, traveling, history, human rights and humanitarian aid. Her desire is to be more and more involved in civil society, to promote initiatives and projects that aim at respecting human rights and removing stereotypes of any kind. The voice of young people needs to be heard and heard more and more. However, this can be done if they become more active in the society to which they belong. Great things can be done with small steps, and change should be seen as a process, not a destination. Throughout this participatory democracy process, volunteering is a key element, so I encourage everyone, especially young people, to get involved in various initiatives, projects, Erasmus+ mobilities, to volunteer that will have a positive impact on them and of those around them and which will bring about the long-awaited change: a more active, more involved, more empathetic and more anchored society in the real problems they face.
