Gabriel is a Romanian trainer and project manager specialised in the non profit field at national and European levels. With over 15 years of experience in youth projects focusing on democracy, digital and entrepreneurship, he is one of the founders of GEYC and the initiator of the PRISMA European Network. He has been trained in over 15 European countries on various topics, with a geographical focus on the Mediterranean area and the Latin America. Back in 2010, he founded the GEYC Community - an innovative platform dedicated for young people in Romania - one of the first European initiatives of digital youth work. In 2018, Gabriel was included in the "Forbes 30 under 30" ranking, most successful youth in Romania.
Adelina is a licensed project manager with over 8 years of experience. Her activities contributed to enriching her expertise in entrepreneurship, digital citizenship, youth work, leadership, non-formal education, human resources, intercultural communication and international collaboration. She has trained, formed, led and managed international teams, teachers, students, trainers and various European level projects, with great results both locally and internationally. She has a formal background of Communication and PR and Marketing (BA, MA)
Diana has been working in the non-profit sector since 2009, taking on different roles such as project manager, trainer, facilitator, and coach. Her academic background is in Communications, with a focus on intercultural dialogue, which she explored through various journalistic and educational projects. In her work, she is emphasizing the effective use of digital tools, as well as the connection between non-formal and formal education.
Alexandra is a youth worker and project manager with a formal education background in International Relations and European Studies and Diplomacy. Her experience with both formal and non-formal education has brought her close to the topics of human rights education and democracy; as a former promoter for european democracy, Alexandra is dedicated to creating at GEYC an environment in which young people feel involved and empowered, they know their rights and they develop a responsible attitude toward civic and democratic engagement.

Lina is a positive and enthusiastic person who is passionate about volunteering and working with people. She has been a volunteer since 2019 and worked for different organisations encouraging young people to involve themselves in the society. Currently, she studies International Relations and European Studies at Babes-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca and joined GEYC as a General Management Trainee in order to improve and develop new skills and pursue her career in an European perspective.
Antonela studied Public Sector Management, with a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences. She aims at supporting young people to identify with the values of the European Union and enjoy all the rights it offers. She has participated in various Erasmus mobilities and wants to help as many young people as possible to enjoy the projects provided by GEYC.
Raluca is a youth worker with a formal education background in Human Resources Management and International Business and Economics. She has been working with Erasmus+ projects for the past three years focusing on the topics of sustainability, gender equality and solidarity. A passionate advocate of the Sustainable Development Goals since 2015.
Roxana is an university student, specialised in the field of International Relations and European Studies. She has been involved in volunteering work and international projects ever since she started high-school and has developed many skills on topics such as demecrocy, human rights, leadership, etc. She has a strong drive to learn new things and inact change in her local community. In 2021, Roxana was one of the 100 European Changemakers as part of the dialogue on the Conference on the Future of Europe.
Ana-Maria has a formal education background in foreign languages, with a bachelor’s degree in English and Japanese language and literature, and has been a youth worker for more than 5 years. She volunteered for a year as a teacher assistant in an efterskole in Denmark, participated in youth exchanges and training courses, and since her return home she has been coordinating solidarity projects within the European Solidarity Corps, focusing on non-formal education. Ana-Maria is passionate about learning and teaching through arts and crafts, theatre, film, ceramics, creative writing, cycling and outdoor activities, working with children, young people and adults. She also promotes Erasmus+ opportunities as a valuable way to learn about oneself and about the world. Currently, Ana-Maria lives in the rural area next to Câmpina.
Ana is currently studying in the field of Environmental Sciences within the Master’s Degree programme "Integrated Environmental Assessment" at the Faculty of Geography, University of Bucharest. She participated in several Erasmus projects, international and national events focusing on topics regarding environmental protection, sustainability and green cities. She also participated in the inaugural session of the European Student Assembly that brought together 275 student representatives from the European University Alliances in order to give them a voice in the Conference on the Future of Europe. She wants to encourage as many young people as possible to participate in Erasmus projects, to be more
open-minded and to develop their social skills and knowledge about the environment.

Ionelia is an university student, currently studying European Administrative Studies at the Faculty of Public Administration, SNSPA. She has participated in multiple Erasmus mobilities in different countries in Europe that has helped connecting with various cultures, communities and perspectives. She is a strong believer in the power of local initiatives to drive positive change in the world. She knows that every generation has the ability to adapt and make a difference, and she is committed to promoting equality, democratic values, and sustainable development for all.
