█ General Manager, President of the PRISMA European Network
Gabriel is a Romanian trainer and project manager specialised in the non profit field at national and European levels. He has over 10 years of experience in youth projects focusing on social media, project management and communication. He is a Founding member of GEYC and the initiator of GEYC Resources Center and PRISMA European Network. He has been trained in over 10 European countries on various topics. Back in 2010, he founded GEYC Community - an innovative platform dedicated for young people in Romania, one of the first European initiatives of digital youth work. In 2018, Gabriel was included in Forbes 30 under 30, most successful young people in Romania.

Adelina is a licensed project manager with over 8 years of experience. Her activities contributed to enriching her expertise in entrepreneurship, digital citizenship, youth work, leadership, non-formal education, human resources, intercultural communication and international collaboration. She has trained, formed, led and managed international teams, teachers, students, trainers and various European level projects, with great results both locally and internationally. Diana has been working in the non-profit sector since 2009, taking on different roles such as project manager, trainer, facilitator, and coach. Her academic background is in Communications, with a focus on intercultural dialogue, which she explored through various journalistic and educational projects. In her work, she is emphasizing the effective use of digital tools, as well as the connection between non-formal and formal education.

Alexandra is a youth worker and project manager with a formal education background in International Relations and European Studies and Diplomacy. Her experience with both formal and non-formal education has brought her close to the topics of human rights education and democracy; as a former promoter for european democracy, Alexandra is dedicated to creating at GEYC an environment in which young people feel involved and empowered, they know their rights and they develop a responsible attitude toward civic and democratic engagement.

Mobility Center Trainee
Antonela studied Public Sector Management, with a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences. She aims at supporting young people to identify with the values of the European Union and enjoy all the rights it offers. She has participated in various Erasmus mobilities and wants to help as many young people as possible to enjoy the projects provided by GEYC.

Democracy & Human Rights Assistant
Roxana is an university student, specialised in the field of International Relations and European Studies. She has been involved in volunteering work and international projects ever since she started high-school and has developed many skills on topics such as demecrocy, human rights, leadership, etc. She has a strong drive to learn new things and inact change in her local community. In 2021, Roxana was one of the 100 European Changemakers as part of the dialogue on the Conference on the Future of Europe.

GEYC Community Responsible
Eugenia studies European Culture and Politics within the master's degree of the Faculty of Letters, University of Bucharest. She has participated in multiple Erasmus projects and has won numerous awards in national creative writing competitions (theater and novel). Eugenia wants to help as many young people as possible to participate in Erasmus projects, to develop their social and entrepreneurial skills.

Democracy & Human Rights Collaborator
Georgiana graduated studies in Foreign Languages and Literatures. She is currently working in an IT company as a consultant for clients in the UK. She is passionate about foreign languages, traveling, history, human rights and humanitarian aid. Her desire is to be more and more involved in civil society, to promote initiatives and projects that aim at respecting human rights and removing stereotypes of any kind. The voice of young people needs to be heard and heard more and more. However, this can be done if they become more active in the society to which they belong. Great things can be done with small steps, and change should be seen as a process, not a destination. Throughout this participatory democracy process, volunteering is a key element, so I encourage everyone, especially young people, to get involved in various initiatives, projects, Erasmus+ mobilities, to volunteer that will have a positive impact on them and of those around them and which will bring about the long-awaited change: a more active, more involved, more empathetic and more anchored society in the real problems they face.

█ Project Responsible / Volunteers Coordinator
Simona is a youth worker with a formal education background in foreign languages. She finished the European Fellowship on Human Rights at GEYC in 2022. Nevertheless, her interest not only in human rights but also in interculturality, sustainability, and youth education was proven over the years by her participation in many youth exchanges, internships, and conferences regarding these very topics. She knows the value of the Erasmus+ projects, so she tries to help young people participate in at least one Erasmus+ mobility. Furthermore, Simona volunteered in Mexic and completed a Blue Book traineeship at the European Commission.

Sustainability Assistant
Ana is currently studying in the field of Environmental Sciences within the Master’s Degree programme "Integrated Environmental Assessment" at the Faculty of Geography, University of Bucharest. She participated in several Erasmus projects, international and national events focusing on topics regarding environmental protection, sustainability and green cities. She also participated in the inaugural session of the European Student Assembly that brought together 275 student representatives from the European University Alliances in order to give them a voice in the Conference on the Future of Europe. She wants to encourage as many young people as possible to participate in Erasmus projects, to be more open-minded and to develop their social skills and knowledge about the environment.

Filippo is a go-getting, unapologetic dreamer whose overriding desire is to become an entrepreneur and make a lasting contribution through creativity and unwavering grit. 22, from Sardinia, has been on the move ever since, from Sassari to Padua and then to Rome. He started to travel at 18, discover his great vocation for exploring and meeting new cultures. After years of training about entrepreneurship and the completion of his Bachelor degree in Management, he’s fully dedicated to became a professional traveler; From international volunteering to solo-trips, his last adventure was a 90-days interrail: 18000+ km, 21 states, in search for ideas to change the not-sustainable world of tourism. He loves to jam with friends, embrace audacious entrepreneurial projects with his fellows, and detaching every so often from big city life for long hiking sessions in the wild.

Mihnea is a youth worker and volunteer, with an interest in the fields of business and communication. He has taken part in numerous Erasmus+ mobilities and is now helping young students develop their entrepreneurship skills along with his colleagues from Voluntari pentru Idei și Proiecte. He wants to connect with leading experts from various domains, both at a local and international level and discover new ways for collaboration between them and young people, through various projects, programmes, and events. Since 2022, Mihnea was nominated by GEYC as a European Citizens' Initiative Ambassador in Romania.

Margaux is a 21-year-old French volunteer. She studied private law and is doing her first 6 months of European volunteering with our association. During her studies, she studied the law of foreigners and vulnerable persons, which allowed her to acquire solid knowledge on the subject. Interested in art, culture and meeting new people, she is eager to develop new skills that will be useful in France.
