Our objectives (2021-2027)

O1
Supporting education at local, national and international level

Quality education includes formal, as well as non-formal training; therefore, through our activities, we aim to offer young people, youth workers and teachers the opportunities to develop the skills that formal education does not emphasize on (e.g leadership, conflict management, effective communication).
This objective links to the need of providing more opportunities for our target group to develop new skills and competences through the fact that what we aim to achieve through it is more skilled young people, aware of the importance of developing soft skills.

O2
Defending human rights in general, especially of young people at local, national and international level

Through our activities we aim to promote the values of tolerance, inclusion and equality and the importance of human rights education for young people.
This objective links to the need of organizing more activities centered around social inclusion and human rights through the fact that we aim not only to educate young people on the importance of tolerance but also to train youth workers in human rights education and peace education, empowering them to become multipliers of the message.

O3
Promoting social networks and new media technologies for personal and professional youth development

Even though access to the Internet is quite widespread in Romania, the level of digital literacy skills is still very low; therefore, we aim to empower young people with the digital skills required to become responsible digital citizens.
This objective links to the need of providing more opportunities for our target group to develop new skills and competences through the fact that it promotes the importance of continually being up-to-date with the changes in new media technologies and identifying the benefits and opportunities the digital field provides.

O4
Encouraging entrepreneurship at local, national and international level

Our objective is to provide guidance to young people who would like to start a business, but they don’t have the entrepreneurial knowledge yet.
This objective links to the need of creating an entrepreneurial environment by promoting initiatives and opportunities that stimulate active participation and social responsibility through the fact that it pushes young people to think of themselves not only as employees but also as entrepreneurs, as people who have the capacity to create a business and employ other people.

O5
Developing educational programs especially for young people at local, national and international level

We aim to continue providing meaningful educational programs to young people, such as the European Fellowships (complex programs which seek to develop certain skills through a multi-faceted approach - training, job shadowing, practice, getting involved). We also seek to develop projects within the European Solidarity Corps program in the direction of sustainable development in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - in particular social inclusion.
This objective links to the need of providing more opportunities for our target group to develop new skills and competences, as well as building on already existing skills through various training opportunities through the fact that it aims to offer specific training opportunities to the target groups.

O6
Stimulating individual and organizational social responsibility

Our activities also aim to stimulate in young people the desire to act for the benefit of their communities and the society at large, by becoming aware of the impact they can have as individuals, citizens.
This objective links to the need of creating an entrepreneurial environment by promoting initiatives and opportunities that stimulate active participation and social responsibility through the fact that it aims to make young people aware of the “power” they have as citizens and the benefits they can bring to their local communities.
