"READY: Practical Guide on Preparedness and Resilience for Youth Organizations" is a practical guide designed to help youth organizations navigate uncertainty and build resilience, from the ground up, built for NGO staff, volunteers, youth workers, and project managers, including those integrating preparedness into Erasmus+ activities. Developed as part of the READY initiative and grounded in the EU Preparedness Union Strategy, the guide draws directly from the conclusions of the roundtable "Building a Resilient Future: Preparing Citizens in a Changing Union", held at the European Commission Representation in Romania (Bucharest, March 2026), which brought together around 50 participants, including young people, educators, experts, and institutions.
