๐Ÿ’ก About the Project

This Erasmus+ Training Course focuses on the development of soft skills for youth workers and how these competences can support young people in becoming more engaged in social participation and active citizenship. The training aims to strengthen participants’ ability to work with young people—especially those with fewer opportunities—by enhancing communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and civic engagement skills. Through non-formal education methods, participants will reflect on their own practice and explore how soft skills can empower young people to actively participate in their communities and democratic life.
