Between the 5th and the 6th of December, our
colleagues took part in the second Transnational Project Meeting of the KA2
Erasmus+ project – Get to know the NGO sector - Causeland - in Bucharest,
Romania. The project is organised by our Bulgarian partners from B Free, being
launched at the beginning of this year and running for two years. There are 4
participating countries, namely Romania (GEYC), Italy (Tu First), Iceland
(North Consulting) and Bulgaria (B Free and Concepti).
The project aims to develop training
materials and guidelines that can be used by organizations in Europe and
worldwide to provide their target audience with knowledge about the NGO
sector, focusing on soft skills (teamwork, interpersonal and communication
skills, time management, etc.) and practical knowledge. This way the
employability of the youth will be fostered, and the NGO sector will get
    more prepared professionals.

The intellectual outcomes after the project
    will be as follows:

    1. Step by step guide to get more familiar with the NGO sector

  2. Board game to get immersed in the sector in a fun way

    3. A gamified experience for professionals wanting to start their own

For the second TPM our team
brainstormed multiple topics, such as management & financial aspects
of the project, the reporting part and the next steps going
forward. They took a closer look on how they can upgrade the
website information so that it can look more interesting and clear, to
what target groups they should address the materials and through which
      way.

Based on the information in the step by
step guide, animated videos were created in Doodly, aimed to help younger
people to get to know the NGO sector in a fun and interactive way.

Stay tuned and follow the project’s journey
on getting to know the NGO sector better!
