Call for participants: Empactpreneuriat Final Conference, Bucharest, 13th of July 2022

The KA2 Erasmus+ Empactpreneuriat project will have its final conference in Bucharest and we are happy to open the call for participants for this event.

10:45-12:00 Opening panel on “Sustainability and Youth work”

12:30-13:30 Workshop(s): on how the organisations could adopt various practices connected with sustainability

14:30-15:30 Plenary closure: “The path forward 2030”: the participants will have the chance to share their conclusions after the workshop

Participants profile: young people (16-30 years old), youth workers and teachers working with young people 16-25 years old, policy makers, media representatives, entrepreneurs.

Financial information

How to provide the needed justifying documents? These will be provided by each participant

Remember! If anything is missing from the list below, unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse that cost.

Flight tickets (only from participants outside of Romania) (economic class/low cost if possible) – all the following are needed:

  • e-ticket (you receive it by e-mail after you buy the flight);
  • fiscal invoice (ask your travel agency or check on the website where you buy the ticket how can you get a fiscal invoice). The invoice can be issued in the name of the traveler, or in the name of the organization you represent;
  • proof of payment: can be a receipt from where you buy the tickets, can be a payment order (if you pay by bank transfer), or can be a bank or an account statement (if you pay by internet banking);
  • boarding pass (you get it online and print it at home 24h-48h before the flight - recommended, or directly in the airport);

The following additional services will not be subject to reimbursement:
  • check-in luggage;
  • seat reservation;
  • airline hine or fee for airport check-in or for luggage that does not respect the size;
  • health and/or travel insurance;
  • Train tickets (make sure the date, the itinerary and the price are visible on the ticket, if you can get an invoice is even better). For trains in Romania, you can search for the schedules here; From the airport, there is a direct train to Gara de Nord, you can check the schedule here;
  • Bus tickets (make sure the date, the itinerary and the price are visible on the ticket if you can get an invoice it is better). For buses in Romania, you can search and book here (please note that not all of the buses can be booked online);
  • Private car transport (maximum 7,5 liters/km). A personal written declaration of your choice, a gas ticket and the itinerary of your travel is needed (you can print it from here: http://www.viamichelin.com/); 
Important! Try to provide the documents above in English or Romanian. If the documents are written in other languages we will need a declaration from you to explain the information provided in each document (in English).
