Căutăm un voluntar pentru un stagiu de 11 luni în Germania

GEYC caută un voluntar (18-30 ani) pentru un stagiu de voluntariat european (EVS) de 11 luni în orașul Stegen, regiunea Baden-Württemberg, Germany cu începere din septembrie 2017. Profil de activitate: activități educaționale și de îngrijire pentru copii cu dizabilități de auz.

Locuri disponibile: 1; în cadrul aceluiași proiect vor mai fi 2 voluntari din Marea Britanie și Turcia.

Durata proiectului: septembrie 2017 - august 2018;

Locația: orașul Stegen, la 15 min de Freiburg;

Costuri acoperite: conform regulilor Erasmus+, vor fi acoperite cheltuielile de cazare, masă, bani de buzunar, cursuri de limbă străină, transport internațional, mentorat, training, asigurare medicală etc.

Scrisoarea de motivație va include elemente ce se referă la motivația privind alegerea acestui stagiu, de ce vrei să faci un stagiu de voluntariat în străinătate?, înțelegerea diferenței dintre un stagiu de voluntariat european și un loc de muncă etc.

Termen limită: aplicațiile se vor evalua pe măsura transmiterii lor, iar apelul se închide când o persoană potrivită profilului căutat este selectată. Vom anunța pe această pagină închiderea apelului.

Cursuri de formare disponibile:

• pre-departure training: asigurat de către GEYC înainte de plecarea în mobilitate;
• induction training: asigurat de organizația coordonatoare la sosirea în proiect;
• on-arrival training: curs de formare rezidențial (toate cheltuielile acoperite) asigurat de Agenția Națională Erasmus+ din Germania în primele 2 luni de la sosire;
• mid-term training: curs de formare rezidențial (toate cheltuielile acoperite) asigurat de Agenția Națională Erasmus+ din Germania la jumătatea stagiului de formare;
• întâlnirea anuală EVS: organizată de Agenția Națională din România (eveniment rezidențial cu toate cheltuielile acoperite), perioadă estimativă: decembrie 2018;

Bonus:

Dacă voluntarul are studii prealabile în domeniu (îngrijirea copiilor, educație, asistență socială, lucrul cu copii cu nevoi speciale, educatori, învățători etc.), organizația gazdă poate sprijini voluntarul în recunoașterea diplomelor la sfârșitul stagiului și facilita obținerea unui loc de muncă în domeniu. În regiune se înregistrează un deficit semnificativ de persoane calificate în acest domeniu.

Prezentarea activităților:

School and residence workers guide the volunteers. So, the volunteers can help organize the support programme and free time events for the students. Volunteers use their own skills and ideas, for example: art and manual skills like handiworks, sports, etc. 

In the beginning, volunteers will only help the support staff. Volunteers will have a training term with limited responsibility. After this time, volunteers will get more responsibility according to legal liability rules. The main area of work will be helping with: the education and support of the children and youth, the free-time activities, and additional support activities. Suggested practical activities are: sports or communication activities, support on class trips or group activities, playing games together, etc. 

We invite volunteers to bring their own ideas. The workers invite students to use their personal ideas to develop support activities for the students. The workers help the volunteers to design and integrate into the group situations. They also help with finding and using important materials. 

Using their own creativity, volunteers can co-design important activities, for example: 

• Support and help for the hearing impaired students during school and free-time 

• Co-design of support activities for teaching children to be independent 

• Support when going to a “Schullandheim” (country house used by schools for short visits) and during study trips 

Values of our work, which should be followed in the European Voluntary Service: 

· To accept the disabled children with their own individual characters 

· To assist children and youth in the difficult times of their lives 

· To support and work together with the all the organization workers 

· Be true to the organization and act responsibly in line with the organization’s end purpose 

· Be excited and help develop future chances for youth (in work and life) 

· Be ready to use imagination and to accept change 

Just like the employees of the institution, the volunteers must also help with continuing, everyday duties. Duties in the residence groups can include, for example: shopping, housekeeping, and homework support. Volunteer duties can also include: assistance with the care and management of the materials in the leisure and education area. 

Volunteers have the possibility to do continuing-education training at the facility. The area of training is in child and youth education. The workers at the institution are consulted before hiring the volunteers. Volunteers should work approximately 38 hours weekly.

Certificare: stagiul de voluntariat european este Certificat Youthpass, recunoscut la nivel european;
