    PRISMA Framework for Digital Democracy and Citizenship

  • Aim: to enhance democratic participation and foster digital citizenship across 11 EU Member States through innovative approaches that integrate education, technology, and community-driven collaboration. Initiated by GEYC (Romania), the PRISMA Framework builds on the foundation of the PRISMA Network, an informal European network with over 30 member organizations. For this proposal, the consortium comprises both long-standing PRISMA Network members and new organizations that share the same values. The proposal features a variety of activities to explore the transformative potential of digital tools in fostering civic participation. Additionally, it builds on the various local activities implemented by the partner organizations in their respective countries in regards to advancing youth participation and digital skills.
