The COMPASS Civic Incubator Lab Report captures the main discussions and outcomes of the two sessions delivered by GEYC in Bucharest, bringing together 44 young participants to explore European competitiveness through the themes of Tech & AI and Defence. The report highlights participants’ perspectives on issues such as AI and future skills, technological sovereignty, responsible technology, defence cooperation and strategic autonomy, while identifying key priorities to inform the next stages of the COMPASS process.
