Welcome to A.C.T.4EU: Advocacy, Creativity, and Transformation for Europe, a bold new initiative redefining how young creatives across Europe engage with entrepreneurship, policy, and social impact.
Led by Réseau Solidaire et Participatif (RESOPA) in France and co-created with partners from Romania, Spain, and Greece, A.C.T.4EU is not just a project—it’s a movement that amplifies the voices of underrepresented young creative entrepreneurs and equips them to shape their future industries.
THE NEED FOR THE PROJECT
In today’s fast-evolving Europe, young creatives are bursting with talent and ideas, yet too often lack the tools, networks, and visibility to turn their vision into real-world impact. A.C.T.4EU addresses this challenge head-on with a threefold focus:
- Advocacy – empowering young creatives to influence the policies shaping their industries.
- Creativity – using art, culture, and design as vehicles for social change.
- Transformation – fostering inclusion, mental well-being, and entrepreneurial growth across borders.
Over two years, A.C.T.4EU will deliver a series of high-impact activities across Europe:
- Advocacy Toolbox – a digital resource kit filled with policy templates, lobbying strategies, video tutorials, and case studies—designed to help young creatives learn how to influence public policy and drive systemic change.
- Inclusive Entrepreneurship Accelerator – supporting 20 creatives from underrepresented communities (including women, ethnic minorities, and individuals with disabilities) to launch or grow entrepreneurial ventures.
- Creative Mentorship Platform – connecting young creatives with industry professionals to spark collaboration and mentorship.
- Cross-Sector Roundtables – bringing together creatives and mental health professionals to co-create solutions using artistic expression for well-being.
RESULTS
By the end of 2026, A.C.T.4EU aims to:
- Submit 5 youth-led policy proposals at the local and EU level.
- Launch at least 5 new creative ventures.
- Establish a pan-European mentorship network.
- Publish a Collaboration Guidebook to promote cross-sector innovation.
- Develop a pilot mental health project using creative methods.
The journey officially began in April 2025, when all A.C.T.4EU partners gathered for the kickoff meeting in France, hosted by project coordinator Réseau Solidaire et Participatif (RESOPA). Representatives from GEYC (Romania), EuroMuévete (Spain), and Social Hackers Academy (Greece) came together for the first time under one roof to align visions, refine strategies, and solidify their commitment to empowering young creative entrepreneurs across Europe.
The meeting was more than logistics and planning—it was a space of shared purpose. Partners explored how advocacy, inclusion, and cross-sector collaboration would be woven into every stage of the project. The energy was high, ideas flowed freely, and a strong sense of solidarity was established.
Follow our journey and get ready for workshops, resources, and events across Europe. Whether you’re a young artist, a policymaker, or just someone who believes in the power of creativity to change the world—A.C.T.4EU invites you to be part of the transformation.
