The "Manual for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) on tackling hate speech"
was created within No Hate Embassy project (NHE), responding directly to the rising issue of hate speech, extremism, and
polarization. This publication is designed as a comprehensive toolkit for
civil society actors who want to actively foster tolerance and inclusive
dialogue.
