Between the 27th of February and 2nd of March 2020, our colleague Gabriel BREZOIU - General Manager of GEYC will take part to Black Sea Regional Cooperation Mission, a CSO experts mobility within the Black Sea Region hosted by our Turkish partners, Anka Project Team in Ankara, Turkey.
Working meeting objectives:
- discovering the organizational context at a deeper level between GEYC and Anka Project Team;
- exchanging best practices/ lessons learnt, multiplying successful tools in the field of working with volunteers, stakeholders, fundraising and sustainable development;
- identifying concrete ways to raise the quality of youth work and the organizational involvement at Black Sea regional level;
Estimated results:
- Facilitating a workshop on youth engagement for local youth in Ankara (volunteers and members of ANKA Project Team) concluded with a Collaborative board (supported by Mentimeter): ”#YouthDeserve”;
- Developing common projects based on the needs and interests identified during the working meeting;
- Adopting new policies/procedures in each organization;
- Assigning team members responsible of the meeting follow up in each organization;
- Communicating the meeting results at the organizational level and in the public communication channels of GEYC and Project Anka Team.

During the workshop, the participants joined the "Youth Deserve" (Tinerii merită) campaign.
