10 reasons why it's so awesome to be part of the GEYC PR department

What are you doing in your free time?
Here are ten reasons why it is so awesome to be part of the GEYC PR team to get you going!

In order to find some “me – time” and relax, some of you might choose to play chess. Or read a book. Or hang out with friends while enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
What do I do when I want to relax?
Well, it’s quite simple actually – I work in the PR department of GEYC.And of course, some of you might get suspicious in a “girl, you lost your mind” kind of way, trying to point out the fact that working can, by no means, be relaxing or anyhow associated with the idea of fun.
But, oh, my friend, you are so mistaken.
Therefore, I decided to make a list of ten reasons why it is so awesome to be part of the GEYC PR team, which I will very creatively entitle “10 reasons why it’s so awesome to be part of GEYC PR team”.
Here we go:

  1. If you are a PR groupie, such as myself, the opportunity of developing your knowledge about PR in general (institutional PR in particular) is all that you could have hoped for.
  2. If you enjoy European projects and debating about Europe, then this is for sure the place for you.
  3. If you fancy the idea of getting involved in projects with people from all over Europe (and when I mean, all over, I mean, literally, all over)  then, once again, you made it to the right place.
  4. If you like the idea of being part of a team that helps create opportunities for young people and gives them the opportunity to take communication to the next level, you definitely hit the jackpot by joining our team.
  5. If you ever dreamed of lobbying for an NGO while sipping wine during an informal get-together in the Parliament, guess what, it doesn’t get better than this.
  6. If you really want to make a difference on youngsters involvement in the European affairs while giving them the chance to get their voices heard, GEYC will provide you with the tools to do so.
  7. GEYC PR team is an important career stepping stone for any future development in your professional life.
  8. You get the chance of living a truly European experience, while visiting different parts of Europe in the company of fun, motivated people.
  9. Improving your language skills and getting insights about different European cultures just makes it all even more enjoyable.
  10. At the end of the day, GEYC is the place where you make friends. Because GEYC is all about coming together, different as we may be and building a common goal, in a truly vigorous European atmosphere.
