About the project
"Enter to Exit mode in Employability" is a training course that will involve 31 participants and 4 staff consisting of trainers and support from 9 EU countries for 7 days of activities. Soft skills as personal attributes that enhance a young people’s various qualities in terms of effective interactions and competitiveness in labor market will be main topic throughout the project.
The TC will be focused in exploring concrete soft skills, by contributing to building up young people's knowledge and skills and by providing them a structured, yet creative approach. Working methods will be those of non-formal education, which implicates creating a friendly and confident environment to stimulate the sharing and the process of learning from each other among the participants. Special emphasis will be put on daily reflection and self assessment. Time will be given to discuss about the tools used to recognize these skills, such as the Youthpass, that will also be given to all the participants as soon as the project is completed.

Timeline
- until 4th of May 2015: submitting the application form;
- by 7th of May: selection of participants, notifications and confirmations (paying the participation fee - please notice that the participation fee is non-reimbursable);
- by 9th of May: arranging the travel details (please be ready to cover your travel costs), feel free to check geyc.ro/flights for the current price level. GEYC will support you throughout the booking process and the reimbursement procedure;
- between 21-28 of June: the training course takes place.
Financial details
The organizers will cover the following costs with the support of the European Commission:
- 100% of meals, accommodation, activities costs;
- Transport cost up to 275 EUR per participant.
Participants will be required to cover:
- a participation fee covering administrative costs for this project to GEYC (the fee will be paid in RON, by bank transfer at the exchange rate given by the ING Bank for the day of payment; the fee will be paid after the participants are selected. Please don't pay any fee before you receive the confirmation e-mail): 50 EUR for GEYC Community (please note that for this call we will consider the members that joined the Community before April, 23th, 2015) applicants and 80 EUR for other applicants (GEYC active volunteers are not required to pay the participation fee);
- a fee of 30 EURO to the organisers; this fee will be deducted from your travel expenses if the transport will not exceed 245 EURO (245 for travel + 30 fee=275 total). At the moment of the call, a round-trip flight to Larnca costs 200 EURO. Meaning, if you will stay below 245 EURO you won't pay the participation fee. GEYC will support you through this process and will find the most suitable means of transport in order for you to not pay this fee.

Relevant information
- In order to start their travel, Romanian participants should own a valid ID card or passport.
- Arrangements regarding medical insurance are the responsibility of the participants.
- In order to be reimbursed, Romanian participants should start their travel from Romania.
- Please make sure you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of GEYC European mobility programs before you apply.
- Accommodation will be at Flamingo Beach Hotel (5 minutes from the airport)
