Events - TPM UP2NEB (Vienna, Austria, 24-25 June 2025)


On June 24-25, 2025, the UP2NEB consortium convened for its third Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) in Vienna, Austria. This gathering brought together representatives from various partner organizations to review progress, collaborate on methodologies, and prepare for upcoming activities.

Highlights from the meeting

The meeting was marked by productive discussions and creative brainstorming sessions. Key activities included:
  • Reviewing recent progress: The consortium reflected on the developments and achievements over the past months, assessing the impact of their collective efforts.
  • Finalizing methodology: The consortium worked diligently on finalizing the methodology for the project, which will guide the implementation of activities moving forward.
  • Toolkit co-creation: A significant focus was placed on co-creating a toolkit designed to support youth workers in their initiatives related to the New European Bauhaus principles.
  • Communication and dissemination updates: Team members shared updates regarding the communication and dissemination strategies, ensuring that information is effectively shared among stakeholders.
  • Quality assurance insights: The group discussed insights gathered through the ongoing quality assurance process, reflecting on how to improve project outcomes.
  • Training program development: We reflected on the framework for the training program aimed at youth workers, ensuring it aligns with the project’s objectives.
  • Planning for upcoming mobility: Preparations were made for the first mobility event scheduled to take place in Bucharest, Romania, in October. This event will focus on the theme of reconnecting with nature, a key aspect of the UP2NEB initiative.
  • Setting future dates: The consortium members decided on the dates for future meetings and established deadlines for contributions from each partner.



The UP2NEB project is a three-year KA2 cooperation partnership in youth, co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the EU. The initiative aims to engage, connect, and empower youth workers from peripheral areas of the EU by equipping them with co-designed, practical learning resources and updated skills related to the New European Bauhaus initiative. The consortium is led by CIAPE (Italy) and fosters cooperation between Materially S.r.l. Impresa Sociale (Italy), Quiosq (The Netherlands), IEC (Austria), Eco Logic (North Macedonia), Podgradom and STEP (Slovenia), The Santa María La Real Foundation (Spain), Ankara Aks (Türkiye) and GEYC (Romania).
