💡 About the Project

Digital Shift is an Erasmus+ Training Course focused on digitalisation in youth work.

Digitalisation increasingly shapes how young people communicate, learn, participate and engage with the world around them. This creates new opportunities for youth work, while also asking youth workers to adapt their methods, competences and professional judgement.

This Training Course explores how digital approaches and tools can be meaningfully integrated into non-formal education and everyday youth-work practice. Participants will exchange experiences, experiment with practical methods and consider how digitalisation can support learning, participation, inclusion, communication and engagement.

The course is not simply about learning to use tools. It is about understanding when, why and how digital approaches add value. Participants will leave with tested ideas they can adapt within their organisations and local communities.

The programme is based on non-formal education and experiential learning, including team building, simulations, peer learning, group work, practical labs, reflection, discussions, audiovisual methods and collaborative design.

✨ Highlight: This project is hosted by Euro-Mediterranean Association of Exchanges Volunteers Events (EUROMED ITALIA) and supported by the Erasmus+ Programme.
