In our PlayEurope KA2 partnership, we developed, together with our partners, The Manual of Success Stories on Social Entrepreneurship. It contains real stories from individuals who have already run social enterprises, motivating and inspiring young people to set their own social business.

EN: The Erasmus+ project #PlayEurope - EduGames for Active Citizenship is coming to an end with several successful outcomes achieved during its development and implementation: a Manual of Success Stories on Social Entrepreneurship, a Step‐by‐Step Guide "Become Social Entrepreneur in 7 days" and 10 workshops carried out in all partners’ Countries to test the efficiency and the user experience of the above mentioned resources.

The Launch of the European Fellowship on Social Entrepreneurship

After the successful impact of the European Fellowship on Human Rights programme initiated by GEYC in 2015, we have decided to focus our attention on Social Entrepreneurship and to launch a similar programme on this area.

Call for 3 Romanian participants (no age limit): Training Course in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria (20-28 August 2015)

GEYC is selecting 3 Romanian participants, to take part in "The Social Entrepreneurship-New Opportunities" European project that will take place in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria from 20 to 28 August 2015. The main aim of the training course is to train the youth workers and youth leaders in the concepts of social entrepreneurship and social innovations and their practical implementation as instruments of solving important social issues, that couldn’t be effectively solved with the conventional methods known. The start of the Erasmus+ KA2 project CREAction4EU

Youth Exchange: [FR-235] Are we equal? Gender equality in action, 02.03.2019-10.03.2019, La Vancelle, France

The Project “Are we equal? Gender equality in action” held in La Vancelle, France during the International Women’s week was had the objective of stimulating and advancing gender equality for 30 young Europeans from 5 different countries, in an intercultural and safe environment and to create the basis for further initiatives and cooperation in the field of creative work and human rights.

It's a wrap - European Fellowship on Youth Leadership (EFYL) - Second Edition

European Fellowship on Youth Leadership (EFYL) is a complex programme of youth leadership initiated by GEYC in 2017, under the aegis of PRISMA European Network. The second edition has taken place in the frame of the #PlayEurope project and has had the duration of 9 months (October 2018 - July 2019).

GEYC caută 4 tineri cu spirit de întreprinzător care să fie propulsați într-o carieră antreprenorială în cadrul programului ”European Fellowship on Social Entrepreneurship”, program în care vor descoperi valențele antreprenoriatului la nivel european, vor intra în contact cu organizații și start-up-uri din Porto, Portugalia într-un schimb de experiență, vor face networking cu cei mai cool antreprenori din București în cadrul Impact Hub Bucharest și vor vedea ce presupune organizarea unui proiect din spatele cortinei. 27 youth workers from 9 countries took part in a training course in the Czech Republic on the topic of social entrepreneurship and digital skills.

Training Course "This is the future: ideas in mind!" (Poznan, Poland - 4-12.01.2020)

"This is the future: ideas in mind!" was a mobility for youth workers under Erasmus+, KA1, bringing together 30 participants from Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Spain, Germany, Croatia and The Netherlands. The training course aimed to explain the sustainability and independence of social enterprises on real examples and transfer entrepreneurial skills such as budgeting, digital tools for promotion, and business plan creation. Moreover, It was hosted by Logos Polska in Poznan, Poland (4-12.01.2020).

“Entrepreneurship Education for Cultural Tourism” - Strategic Partnership in the field of Youth (KA2)

“Entrepreneurship Education for Cultural Tourism” is a Strategic Partnership in the field of Youth, supported by Erasmus plus Programme. The project consortium is led by Youth Mobility  -Denmark and the other partners organisations are:  Asociación Projuven - Spain, Associazione di Promozione Sociale Futuro Digitale – Italy and Asociatia GEYC – Romania.

TC - "Women Get Back", Malaga, Spain

Women Get Back – experiencing women entrepreneurship activities under the warm sun of Torremolinos-Malaga, Spain. Iuliana and Andreea, two active youth workers and proud geyculeți took the trip from Bucharest to the sunny Torremolinos-Malaga, Spain, for Women Get Back, a training course about women empowerment in entrepreneurship, organized by Projuven Association, beween 10th and 17th of May. 

Disseminating ESOQ in Barcelona

This week, 19-22 September, Mrs. General Secretary of PRISMA European Network, Cristina Bălăceanu, is participating at contact-making seminar "Real deeds in problematic fields” in Barcelona.

Call for 4 Romanian participants: Training course in Krakow, Poland March 2015

GEYC is selecting 4 Romanian participants to take part in the “Learn, act, grow - developing competencies of youth workers” European project that will take place in Krakow, Poland, from 18th until 25th of March 2015. This training course is set to engage youth leaders, project coordinators, youth workers, teachers, youth consultants who would like to strengthen their key competencies in order to improve the quality of work with youth at risk of social, economic, cultural and educational exclusion.

Let's Get Visible

From October 26th to November 4th 2015, GEYC takes part to "Let's Get Visible" in Vadul lui Vodă, Moldova. 

This is a training course organized in the frame of Erasmus+ programme being dedicated to youth workers that would like to improve their digital skills and knowledge in social media tools.

For NGOs, communication and transparency are key tools for building trust and attracting external support for their cause.
