TC - "Youth Work In The Digital Era", Sibenik , Croația

Am plecat la drum într-o după-amiază ploioasă de noiembrie - atât de ploioasă, că ne-a trecut prin cap de câteva ori să luăm o barcă până la Otopeni. Știam că ne așteaptă un drum lung până în Croația: 16 ore de schimbat 5 mijloace de transport până în Sibenik, unde aveam să petrecem 5 zile de învățare despre lumea digitală alături de participanți din 9 țări.

TC - "RefugE+" Agrigento, Sicily

Thanks to Erasmus+ Program we, three young people from Romania, (Silvia, Andrei and Dana) had the possibility to visit Agrigento in November, where the weather is so good, although for the locals it means winter. Erasmus+ together with the Sicilian Organization organized a training course about Project Management including the Refugees problems.

TC-''Active citizens of Today'' Vordingborg, Danemarca

Și a venit timpul să scriu despre minunata experiență in Training course-ul ''Active citizens of Today'' (10.11.2017- 18.11.2017) din Vordingborg, Danemarca. Îmi este greu să îmi găsesc cuvintele, deoarece vreau să suprind esențialul, însă, în același timp, am atât de multe de zis. A fost experiența cea mai frumoasă și cea mai educativă pe care am avut-o până acum.

Empowering civil society organizations to work with refugees

Over the past few years around 66 million people were forced to leave their home due to conflicts, wars, natural disasters and persecution - approximately one of every 113 people on the planet. Only in the first half of 2017, over 105.000 refugees and migrants arrived to Europe. After crossing international borders their future was unknown. Thus, there was a clear need of support and assistance to refugees and asylum- seekers so they adopt in the hosting countries and build their future.

TC - "Inclusive Europe", Vilnius, Lituania

Pe data de 3 septembrie ne-am îmbarcat cu entuziasm în avionul ce ne va duce în îndepărtatul Vilnius, fiind curioşi şi nerăbdători să descoperim ce va urma. Prima zi petrecută în capitala Lituaniei a reprezentat o oportunitate de a vizita cele mai importante obiective şi de a ne familiariza cu oraşul, întrucât am participat într-un trasure hunt intercultural.

Managing Diversity towards More Inclusive Societies

Have you ever had that feeling when you are in a crowd of like-mined people who have similar lifestyle and background? It‘s cool to be understood from half a word and easily fit in, isn't it? Many of young people have never felt that way. 

TC - "Leading to Equalization", Crete, Greece

First of all we would encourage everyone to apply for Erasmus+ projects. Some of you may have that fear of meeting new people, the “What if they are different from me?” well we all have fears and we are all different and it’s ok. That is one of the main topics of Erasmus projects. For example we came from different parts of our country, two of us (Raul and Silvia) are from Bucharest and two from Cluj (Iulia and Eduard) and only Eduard had past experience with mobility projects. Me, Iulia and Silvia had no prior experience and no idea of what is going to happen. We heard stories from our friends but there is no words for living the actual experience.

TC #REFUGEESWELCOME - Torremolinos, Malaga

Aventura noastră a început în însoritul oraș spaniol, Torremolinos, Malaga, din provincia Andaluzia, unde timp de o săptămână am participat la un proiect pe tema refugiaților, #REFUGEESWELCOME. Ne-am adunat un grup de 18 participanți din 9 țări diferite: România, Spania, Bulgaria, Ungaria, Italia, Grecia, Franța, Austria, Germania, dornici de a colabora și a face lucruri frumoase împreună.

TC - "Bigger, Better, Brighter” - Whitley Bay, UK

I was just finishing my EVS in Sweden and had a feeling that I gained some experiences throughout the project, as it was a long term EVS that lasted for almost one year. So the stars have aligned so I could participate in “Bigger, Better, Brighter” with the aim of promoting European Voluntary Service projects. Further more, it fit into my #inspiration slot project from the #EFYL program.

Training Course - Respond to your NEET, Wuppertal, Germany

Trainingul Respond to your NEET desfășurat în Wuppertal, Germania, în perioada 09 – 15 august 2017, a prevăzut desfășurarea unor activități de tipul learning by doing prin care participanții, respectiv lucrătorii de tineret, au experimentat metode și tehnici de a ajuta tinerii NEET în dezvoltarea personală și profesională. În acest training au participat de 32 de tineri din țări precum Italia, Spania, Macedonia, Slovacia, Lituania, Portugalia, Polonia, Germania, Cipru, Bulgaria, Austria și România. 

The Respond to your NEET training course took place in Wuppertal, Germany, on 09- 15 August 2017, and it provided learning by doing activities through which the participants and youth workers found out methods and techniques for helping NEET youth in their personal and professional development. The 32 young people who participated in this TC were from the following countries Italy, Spain, Macedonia, Slovakia, Latvia, Portugal, Poland, Germany, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Austria and Romania.

TC - Active Citizenship in the Digital Era- Wuppertal, Germania, Iulie 2017

Training Course-ul intitulat " Active Citizenship in the Digital Era " care s-a desfășurat în orașul Wuppertal - Germania și la care am avut ocazia sã particip a reprezentat pentru mine șansa de a-mi extinde universul cunoașterii atât din punct de vedere cultural cât și social. 

TC - FEMPOWER in Armenia, Yerevan

The training course took place in Yerevan and it was aimed to enable youth workers and young leaders to feel and reflect about the power of gender. During the training we learned about gender equality issues by sharing and comparing the realities in the European Union and neighboring partner countries, and exchanging experiences, best practices and knowledge between us and our organizations on gender mainstreaming and women empowerment! 

Our collegue, Sabina Niculescu, shared with EFYL participants her experience in “Inclusion” TC from Vasto, Italy

Sabina Niculescu participated in the end of May to a training course organized by Associazione “Let's Keep Learning” among with other three Romanian participants. The training course focused on artistic and non-formal methods useful for facilitating the inclusion of people in disfavor.

TC: „YOUth 4 Peace” - Bansko, Bulgaria

The training course “YOUth 4 Peace”, which took place in the lovely Bulgarian mountain resort of Bansko between 10-18 June 2017, aimed at covering different types of conflicts and consequently different ways of transforming conflicts through nonviolent actions. The overall emphasize of the seven days training was placed on fostering a constructive debate targeting some of the more pressing conflicts in Europe and on fueling cooperation in the youth field.

TC: Inclusion - Vasto, Italy - ”A wonderful Italian experience... on inclusion”

“Italy, here we come”, this was in our thoughts since we had been accepted by GEYC to take part in a training course held in Vasto, from 25th of May to 3rd of June 2017. The hosting organization, LKL (Let`s Keep Learning) was in charge of buying the plane and the bus tickets, of providing us dinner in a restaurant (next to the beach) and giving us pocket money for breakfast and lunch. With this occasion we want to thank GEYC, LKL and to the others participants for giving us the opportunity to live this amazing experience.

TC: Empowerment for your future - Torremolinos, Spania

Începutul lunii mai se anunța a fi minunat.. și nu oricum!? Un proiect perfect într-o țară perfectă, definită de un aer latino, unde paella îmbinată cu sangria devenea cina favorită oricărei persoane care ajungea în Spania, dar nu oriunde... ci în Malaga, orașul de suflet al multor tineri.

TC: „Development of Intercultural Sensitivity” - Limassol, Cipru

When we were in Cyprus we had the amazing opportunity to be surrounded by people from other 9 European countries: Albania, Germany, Malta, Serbia, Slovenia, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria and Cyprus. By spending plenty of time together with the participants during the training sessions and during the breaks or hang-outs in the evening in the city of Limassol, we found out lots of things about the european values, specific national values and the most important, we managed to discover each countries cultures.

"Hello, Kikinda!" - Impresii din Training-ul Culture of Dialogue desfasurat in Kikinda, Serbia

Fără doar și poate, Kikinda este unul dintre cele mai liniștite orășele pe care le-am vizitat. Oameni liniștiți, zâmbitori, care emanau bună dispoziție. Săptamâna petrecută aici a fost minunată! Hotelul Lovac, la care am fost cazați, a găzduit o întreagă săptamână de veselie, de noi prietenii și lucruri de care fiecare se va folosi în viitor, fără îndoială.
