How many young people are needed to generate business ideas that can solve current environmental problems of our society? The Youth Ecopreneurship Sprint youth exchange, hosted by our partners Ekonomska klinika, is proof that it takes less than one week and a group of driven young people gathered in an international environment to work towards a sustainable future. Miruna, Iulian, Bianca, George, and Ioana are the members of the Romanian team that has taken part in this project between 23 June 2018 and 30 June 2019 in Zagreb, Croatia. What did they learn?

TIME TO ENGAGE has come!
Between 30 November and 5 December 2016 GEYC representatives will meet with other youth workers and leaders from 8 programme countries (Romania, Italy, Germany, Macedonia, Turkey, Spain, Lithuania and Sweden) in order to attend this Erasmus+ Training Course in Stockholm, Sweden.

Voluntariat, pasiune...iar acum promotor pentru democraţie
GEYC participă în dublă calitate la proiectului „Promotori pentru democrație europeană” inițiat de Biroul de Informare al Parlamentului European în România: pe de o parte, în calitate de parteneri ai proiectului și pe de altă parte ca beneficiari, prin colega noastră Ramona Chivu - aleasă drept „Promotor pentru democrație europeană”. EN: GEYC marks The International Day against Racism (March 21) by organizing an awareness campaign at national level in Romania, both online and offline starting with March 16 until March 24, 2013. This initiative is part of two big worldwide events: the “No hate speech movement” campaign started by Council of Europe and ”European Action Week Against Racism” started by the UNITED network.
RO: GEYC marchează ziua internațională împotriva rasismului - 21 martie prin organizarea unei campanii de conștientizare a discriminării la nivel național în România atât în format online, cât și offline în perioada 16-24 martie 2013. Inițiativa face parte din două mișcări de seamă la nivel mondial, respectiv campania ”No hate speech movement” inițiată de Consiliul Europei și ”European Action Week Against Racism” organizată de rețeaua UNITED.

Raising awareness - Building united Europe
From 18th to 25th June 2011, GEYC will take part in "Raising awareness - Building united Europe", a training course in the frame of "Youth in action" program which will be held in Stuttgart, Germany.

On April 13th 2011, GEYC in partnership with ASPSE will have the workshop ”The power to influence” in the frame of the Celebration Days of the Psychology Faculty (University of Bucharest).
Short description
The workshop aims to offer to the participants general and specific information regarding influencing principles and concrete examples of their application in organizational psychology but also in the daily life.

”For Diversity. Against Discrimination” - an EU campaign
GEYC supports ”For Diversity. Against discrimination” - an European Commission campaign. The campaign aims to raise awareness of discrimination and increase understanding of the EU laws which exist to protect us all. It also strives to generate debate on the themes of diversity and discrimination and in particular on how people in Europe stand to gain from greater equality.
